Army veteran, James Jackson, stabbed a 66-year old black man, Timothy Caughman, in Hell’s Kitchen because he was black according to NY post. Jackson, who is also a white supremacist, had written a manifesto about his racial views.

Jackson turned himself in to the Time Square station with two knifes. Supposedly he did this to avoid killing again as he told police “you need to arrest me”. NY Post got an update that he saw an interracial couple that set him off before surrendering. He traveled from Baltimore to NY to kill black people.
