Bianca Roberson, 18, of West Chester PA was shot dead by a man as the two were both merging into the same southbound on Route 100 according to ABC News.
The suspect, described as a white man in his 30s or 40s, pulled out his gun and shot her in the head. Her then ran off the road and crashed. A manhunt is underway in three states.
Roberson was shopping for her freshman semester as she was going to attend Jackson University. Her dream was to work with the FBI.
The truck the suspect was driving was possibly a Chevy.
