Arizona Cardinals original starting quarterback John Skelton was injured and it looks like it’s benefiting the Cardinals as they are undefeated with quarterback Kevin Kolb who has 7 touchdowns since taking over and 752 yards.
The rebuilt St. Louis Rams are not so bad with a 2-2 start, better than last season, and their quarterback Sam Bradford is becoming a little more confident with his new coaching staff and trusts his receivers more. Bradford has 4 touchdowns so far with 881 yards.
The Rams are struggling at 3rd down conversions (19/50) and Bradford has to watch his interceptions even though having 4 is not bad compared to other top quarterbacks like Cam Newton and Michael Vick.
And despite Cardinals undefeated record, the Rams outbeat them in overall yards per game, especially rushing yards (90.5 Rams, 68 Cardinals). But the Cardinals defense ONLY allows 101 games per game. Steven Jackson will have to have his best game tonight to beat that defense.
I see a close game, but will the Cardinals winning streak end? Will the Rams prove they are different from before?
